Legacy OX Mail Issue Identified

We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.

We are still monitoring the OXMail issue however we have seen sending and receiving return to normal for the effected email addresses.

We are seeing functionality of OXMail return to normal however some clients may still experience intermittent issues. Our infrastructure team is closely monitoring the situation and the fix that has been implemented.

We are aware of a small subset of customers having intermittent disruptions to their Legacy OX Mail Service.

You may see the error reference 4.3.1 when sending emails. We want to assure you that our infrastructure team are working on this as a priority to resolve this matter.
