Some customers may still notice loading issues with certain menu tabs in the account console (e.g., the DNS tab).

Our infrastructure team has implemented fixes, and the service is in the process of recovering. We’ll continue monitoring closely until everything is fully resolved.

We are aware of customers still experiencing some loading issues on some menu tabs on the account console (eg. DNS tab). It is just a display issue, please scroll down in your web browser to edit DNS or view the tab details. Our infrastructure team are still working on this as a priority and we would like to thank you for your patience during this time.
