Scheduled Maintenance – Legacy SYD mail Platform

As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain and support our legacy systems, we will be performing routine maintenance on the sydmail (SYD email) platform. There will be two brief periods of maintenance in order to complete required works for these platforms. To minimise impact for our customers, the works will occur over night.

During the maintenance window, the BNE email service may be briefly unavailable for approximately 1–3 hours. If you need any help during or after the maintenance, our support team is here to assist you.
