Please note that some features or functions may still be limited until the maintenance work is fully complete. Whilst in progress, some services (domains & websites) may not appear in your account, however, will remain fully operational throughout the maintenance period.

As part of our commitment to continually improve our systems and services we will be performing maintenance and upgrades to the Webcentral website and user portal.

Access to our website and user portal may be impacted during the following times:

Start Date: Wednesday, 30th October, 2024 - 4:00 PM AEDT End Date: Monday, 4th November, 2024 - 9:00 AM AEDT

We would like to re-iterate that clients will not experience any downtime for existing domains and services, however, as part of the upgrade, clients and staff may be unable to; purchase new products, enter client portal areas or make changes to existing domains or services.

We anticipate works to complete and portal access to be available prior to the ‘end date’ listed above; however imports may be occurring up until the end date. We will be posting regular updates throughout the process as we anticipate this maintenance may complete earlier than the times posted above.
